Genuinely a step above similar facilities!! GOLD MEDALS for every caregiver who puts up with my mother & my family, but my exceptional gratitude for doing *more than* "put up with" them. Anisha (nurse) & Judy (per name tag) / Cindy (what Dad thinks is her name, from hospice) are incredibly helpful in explaining each step of the way -- PATIENTLY & kindly, while letting my family make their choices. I watched Mom receive more kisses & tender touch in one week than she's probably received in 79 years, e.g. Rosemary (aide) & AMANDA (unit director), who truly, truly love my Mom. I am dumbfounded. You are better humans than I am. God bless you abundantly for all you have given Mom... AND my dad!!

I attended my aunts birthday party today. I was very impressed with the facility and staff. I like that it’s small enough that residents know each other. This afternoon they had an entertainer singing songs geared to the residents and he spoke about music therapy. I had a nice 3 hour visit.

Front door security and health check is a plus. 24/7 nursing staff is peace of mind. Dedicated staff (no outside agency help) is another plus as continuity of care and community pride seems solid. Wheelchair accessible rooms are another a plus; the facility layout is on one level. They offer care in place with Medicare spend down. Very impressed with their facility and compassionate staff.

My mom has been a resident here for 6 months. It is one of the best decisions ever made. The entire staff is welcoming, loving, and caring. They get to know their residents very well and support them in every way imaginable. My mom has grown to love each and every one of them and feels that love in return. The Activity Director plans numerous activities every day to get the residents involved. There is something for everyone to participate in. The residents get to know one another and care deeply for each other. Everything is kept very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend The Landings for anyone who is looking for independent living, assisted living, and memory care for their loved one or themselves.

My mom has been a resident in assisted living for 5 1/2 months. I am more than satisfied with the care she receives. The nurses, aides, cleaning personnel, and all employees are very friendly and get to know the residents very well. She has become pretty close to many of them, as well as some of the other residents. The daily activities are amazing with something for everyone to get involved in. Her room is spacious which makes her feel more at home.
I am so comfortable with her living there. It gives me great piece of mind.

As a monthly rental community, we offer the flexibility of an annual residency agreement without the large upfront entrance fee. Monthly apartment rates vary based on type, location, and features. You can view starting apartment prices on our floor plans page.
For residents in assisted living, monthly care fees are tiered and determined by a nurse’s assessment. In memory care, pricing is all-inclusive.
